**Job Summary:** Adult Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as an Adult Support Coordinator at Service Care Solutions Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to adults residing in one of our brand-new services.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in elderly and dementia care, with a proven track record of managing and leading a team of care assistants. A full UK driving license and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personalized care and support to residents, working closely with them and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • To manage and lead a team of care assistants, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all aspects of care meet the required standards
  • To collaborate with other departments, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Recent employed experience within elderly and dementia care
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Full UK driving license
  • Minimum of one year employed experience as a Senior Care Assistant
