About the Job:
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals aged 65 and above in Lancaster and Morecambe. As a Consultant Psychiatrist for Older Adults, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care that addresses the unique needs of older adults. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert psychiatric care to patients referred to the Rapid Intervention and Treatment Team, Community Mental Health Team, and Memory Assessment Service.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and carers.
* Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies to improve services.
* Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure high-quality care and identify areas for improvement.
