Job Title: Mental Health Lead for Young Adults
RSS National Careers seeks an experienced mental health professional to lead our residential program in Lancaster and Skipton, supporting young people with complex mental health needs.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident, focusing on mental health support and stabilization.
- Collaborate with external agencies, including The Princes Trust, to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support for young people.
- Lead a team of staff in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people, promoting positive behaviors and life skills.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in managing residential care settings, with a focus on supporting vulnerable young adults.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- A strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, with knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £74,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
