We are seeking an experienced Adult Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting service users who are motivated to seek paid work within structured treatment.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our service users and employers. You will also have the ability to implement the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) methodology and provide necessary training to our service users.
Job DescriptionThis is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with the possibility of long-term employment. You will work closely with our national lead to undergo comprehensive IPS training and manage a caseload of service users.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
