About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a key member of our mental health care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to patients with mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health nursing
  • Recent experience working in the NHS or a similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
