We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in the care and rehabilitation of mental health patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form trusting relationships with patients to provide tailored support plans
- Work closely with other mental healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
- Monitor patients' physical and mental health, administering medication as required
- Provide guidance and support to relatives and carers on patient conditions and progress
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with at least 2 years post-graduate experience
- Recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
- Enhanced background check required
