About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Initial Response Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and triaging individuals with varying degrees of mental health difficulties, identifying appropriate community services, and working closely with the police to support patients and implement care when necessary.

We are looking for a confident and experienced practitioner with a strong understanding of mental health care and treatment pathways. If you have a passion for delivering evidence-based interventions and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and triage individuals with mental health needs
