Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary memory assessment service team. As an independent specialist practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective assessment, planning, consultation, and formulation towards diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies and interventions in the treatment of dementia.
  • Collaborate with other agencies within the service to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide specialist knowledge and understanding of dementia care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a specialist knowledge and understanding of strategies and interventions in the treatment of dementia. You will also need to be proficient in referring to other agencies within the service.
