Mental Health Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced psychiatric care consultant to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert psychiatric care to adults and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- To assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with complex mental health needs.
- To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- To develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with other teams and services.
The salary range for this position is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
Essential QualificationsCandidates must possess a degree in medicine or a related field and have significant experience in psychiatric care. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
