Mental Health Crisis Resolution Manager Job Description:
This role requires an experienced mental health professional to manage and coordinate the delivery of crisis resolution services.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the team in delivering intensive interventions and managing complex cases.
- To collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
- To develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in mental health nursing or equivalent experience.
- NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
- Significant experience working in crisis resolution teams or similar environments.
