Job Description

Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Adult or Children's support settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to build rapport and establish strong relationships
  • Experience of individual support planning
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
