About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our medical records team. As a Medical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for chart preparation, coordinating the release of medical records to insurance companies, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chart preparation and data entry
  • Coordinate release of medical records to insurance companies
  • Obtain and scan documents from various hospital systems into our electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
