Dementia Care Service Coordinator
"P4 Recruitment Ltd" is seeking a highly skilled Dementia Care Service Coordinator to join our award-winning care team based in Lancaster, Lancashire. This state-of-the-art care home provides personal, dementia, and respite care across three floors, featuring high-quality decor, modern furnishings, and video calling facilities. Our care home offers a range of activities and amenities, including a beauty salon, ice cream parlour, and cinema room, creating an engaging and comfortable environment for residents.

The successful candidate will have NVQ level 3 health and social care or equivalent and significant experience in elderly and dementia care, with proven experience in managing and leading a team. Knowledge of medication management and handling incoming medication is also essential.
