Lead Residential Care Team
">Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Team Leader to manage our residential care team and provide exceptional support to adults residing in our new facility in Lancaster.
">This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Your Background
">We are looking for someone with recent experience in elderly and dementia care, who has previously managed and led a team, building strong relationships with residents and healthcare professionals.
">A minimum of one year's experience as a Team Leader and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care are essential qualifications for this role.
