Senior Residential Care Practitioner

P4 Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Care Practitioner - Nights to join their team at a purpose-built care home in Lancaster. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Senior Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to residents, working closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff members, conducting risk assessments, and adhering to professional standards and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in health and social care, with experience working in a similar capacity. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care.
Salary: £20 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 2 week rolling shift pattern, 8pm - 8am, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday
