Are you passionate about supporting individuals with autism and complex needs? Do you have a strong background in residential childcare? If so, we would love to hear from you We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Lead to join our team at Underley Garden School.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To lead and manage a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support services to our residents.
  • To oversee the delivery of person-centred support plans and ensure that all residents receive the best possible care.

**Requirements**

  • Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
  • Proven experience in residential childcare, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**

  • **Salary:** Up to £38,000 per annum (inclusive of 8 sleep-in payments per month)
  • **Location:** Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria
  • **Hours:** Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
