Main Responsibilities
  1. To provide support and lead a team in the provision of care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
  2. Recruit and train staff to ensure they are compliant with Ofsted regulations
  3. Liaise with relevant agencies and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  4. Manage budgets and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date
  5. Conduct staff appraisals and performance management
  6. Ensure the safety and well-being of all young people and staff within the home

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a leadership role within a similar setting as a Deputy or Registered Manager. The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum, which is competitive for the industry.
