Support Worker

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Support Worker - Young People to join our team at Austin Fraser. This role will involve working closely with young people to support their personal growth and development.
**Responsibilities and Expectations:**- B uild strong relationships with young people and establish trust.
- P rovide guidance and support to help young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- C ollaborate with parents, schools, and community organizations to ensure seamless support.
- S upervise young people during activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- A Bachelor's degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant experience working with young people, preferably in a youth work or community development setting.
- An empathetic and patient approach, with a genuine interest in supporting young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and other stakeholders.
