Prospero Teaching seeks an experienced SEN support worker to join their team at a primary school near Lancaster. This is a temporary full-time position with a competitive daily rate of £90, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide support to pupils with special educational needs in small groups and on a one-to-one basis. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a school or similar setting, as well as up-to-date safeguarding training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with SEN in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Right to Work in the UK, an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, and two professional child-related references that cover the last two years.
