Job Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Lancaster-based school
About the Job: We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Lancaster. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide support for children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with additional needs in EYFS
- Deliver interventions to children with autism and other special needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's learning
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree (e.g., Childhood Studies, SEN, Psychology)
- Professional references covering the last two full years
- Experience working in a UK Primary School
- Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant supporting children with additional needs, particularly autism
Benefits:
