We are seeking a Home Health Support Worker to join our team at Alcedo Care in Lancaster. As a Home Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £15-16 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension. We offer a genuine career progression opportunity, including full support to complete NVQ qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting individuals with mobility issues and assisting with transfers
  • Encouraging independence and promoting well-being

Requirements include:

  • A UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Kind, caring, and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
