Care Services Manager
Location:Lancaster and Skipton, North Yorkshire
Job Description:As a Care Services Manager at RRS National, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our Children's Homes in Lancaster and Skipton, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities:- Lead two 1-bedded homes, ensuring that all aspects of care and support meet the highest standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of care and support.
- Work closely with external partners to open doors to new opportunities for young people.
- Support the professional development of our staff, including mentoring those pursuing Level 5 qualifications.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain accurate records.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
- Full-time position with career development opportunities and support for Level 5 qualifications.
