Job Summary

Bay View Childcare is looking for an experienced Youth Home Team Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours including sleep-ins.

The role will be based in one of our family-style children's homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for up to four young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people
  2. Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet the needs of each young person
  3. Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and support
