Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23,961.60 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £30,681.60 with sleep-in shifts. Additionally, they will be entitled to benefits such as regular supervisions, company pension, access to wellbeing programs, comprehensive training, and promotion opportunities.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Youth Support Professional to join our established Residential Team at Bayview. As a key member of our team, you will work in one of our family-feel children's homes in Heysham or rural North Lancaster, supporting young people aged 8-18 with their daily lives and helping them to achieve success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People or Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship. You should also hold a full UK driving license and be willing to undertake a DBS check at enhanced level if successful for the position.
