Home Care Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Team Lead to oversee our 1-bedded home in Lancaster & Skipton, providing high-quality care for young people with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting vulnerable individuals and be able to lead a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional support services. The salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join RRS National as a Youth Residential Manager and contribute to the delivery of outstanding care services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of caregivers to provide person-centred care
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service outcomes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
