We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our Evermore Care Homes team in Lancaster, Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a team of care professionals and contribute to delivering exceptional care services.

Main Duties:- Oversee daily activities and ensure high-quality care delivery.

- Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership skills.
