Family-Style Residential Children's Home Manager

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote the well-being and growth of our residents
  • Collaborating with other professionals to provide seamless support and services

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People or equivalent
  • A full UK driving license, which is essential for this role
