We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Brook Street Social Care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and leadership of a 3-bedded residential home for children and young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties aged 8-18.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with EBD
  • Work closely with safeguarding leads and other agencies to ensure the well-being of young people and staff
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a leadership role within a residential care setting
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management CYP or working towards
  • Flexible and car driver with access to own vehicle.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £45,000
  • Permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with an element of flexibility required
