Care Services Leadership Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our care services team in Lancaster and Skipton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our staff, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and maintaining high standards of care and support for young people.
About the Job:
- Lead two 1-bedded homes in Lancaster and Skipton, providing day-to-day management and oversight as Children's Home Registered Manager.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards of care and support for young people.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager with a background in managing complex needs.
- Confidence in working with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
- Ability to commute between Lancaster and Skipton.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £49,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A full-time position with opportunities for career development, including support for Level 5 qualifications.
