We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Children in Our Care team as a Team Lead. This is a permanent, full-time post based in Lancaster, offering a competitive salary range of £49,764 - £53,888 per annum.
About the Role:
- Oversee the operational delivery of services and management of frontline staff.
- Develop comprehensive care plans that focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Collaborate with foster carers, residential staff, and other professionals to ensure effective support and guidance.
About You:
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in social care, preferably in a similar role or setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
