We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee our childrens home in the Lancaster and Skipton areas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, maintaining high standards of care and support for young people, and working closely with external partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Comply with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards of care and support.
  • Develop effective strategies to promote the well-being and development of young people.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation that ensures the safety and well-being of young people.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting young people with complex needs.
  • Confidence in working with regulatory bodies.
  • Possession of a Level 5 qualification or equivalent, or willingness to work towards this.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
