Care Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at a purpose-built care home in Lancaster.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory role experience is also required.
A NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care would be desirable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
