University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Children and Young People's Healthcare Professional to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people from 0 to 16 years of age, working across two busy sites: Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Furness General Hospital.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate care to children and young people with a range of conditions, including High Dependency Care.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care services.
  • Establish effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

About Us

We operate from three main hospitals: Furness General Hospital, Royal Lancaster Infirmary, and Westmorland General Hospital, as well as community healthcare premises. Our services include Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units, and Consultant-led services.

You will also be expected to adhere to NMC regulations and participate in mandatory training requirements.
