- Actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Nurses with a proven track record in managing cases, providing leadership, and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience working in mental health settings, such as inpatient, community, or specialist mental health services.
- Strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous professional development.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
