Job Title: Senior Nurse Leader in Neonatal Care

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Neonatal Nurse to take on the role of Senior Nurse Leader in Neonatal Care. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our neonatal services, driving quality improvement initiatives, and supporting the development of our staff.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff members

Requirements

  • Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification
  • Extensive experience at senior staff nurse level within neonatal nursing
  • Demonstrable clinical skills in neonatal nursing
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and drive change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
