Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Adult Community Services Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have recent experience at senior staff nurse level within neonatal nursing and demonstrate clinical competence in neonatal nursing skills. A teaching and assessing qualification is also essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well independently and within a team, leading and coordinating shifts in the neonatal unit. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports, and promoting a positive team-based attitude.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
