Key Responsibilities- Responding to distressed patients in a non-threatening manner and attempting to understand the source of distress and building relationships with patients to encourage trust, while listening to and interpreting their needs and concerns.
- Applying 'de-escalation' techniques to help people manage their emotions and behaviour.
The Adult Support Specialist will work closely with GPs, ACPs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
