This new role focuses on making significant contributions towards promoting a harmonious workplace atmosphere for employees within our organisation. Key job requirements include:

  • Preserving precise employee records in accordance with our existing HR systems.
  • Ongoing monitoring of staff attendance, leaving and unexplained absences.
  • The recruitment process guidance and training.
  • Guiding newly appointed employees and other HR-related tasks.
  • Advising management and Human Resources on individual cases.
  • Working together with senior colleagues to continually uphold high professional standards.
Education and Work Experience

A degree in human resources or administration along with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in related industries would be preferred. Some knowledge of UK labour laws would be welcome but not obligatory.

Salary and Benefits

Your expected salary will vary between £12-16 per hour. But further education opportunities might also apply.
