Agility Resoucing is seeking a skilled HR Support Specialist to support the HR Manager and HR administrator in a part-time capacity. With career progression encouraged and first-class mentorship, this role offers opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and advise colleagues on employee matters.
  • Support the HR team by updating company policies and paperwork.
  • Assist with employee relations such as taking minutes and preparing letters.
  • Monitor and update KPI files to identify patterns of behaviour.
  • Provide general administration across a range of HR matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or a similar environment and be able to commit to 20-25 hours per week.

Salary: Estimated £12-15 per hour.
