About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing in Lancaster. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Advisor and HR Administrator by being a key point of contact for all HR enquiries and advising on company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the internal HR toolkit to provide excellent management training and analysis of training needs for all areas of the business.
  • Record holiday entitlement and annual leave for staff, allocate cover to ensure business activities are not impeded.
  • Support the HR Advisor to assist in the analysis of employee behaviour and patterns by collating data and producing reports to help improve procedures and systems.
  • Assist the Payroll staff to process any changes in employee records and monitor monthly activity.
  • Maintain the employee database alongside the HR Administrator and make variations to contracts as needed.
  • Work with the HR Advisor to create welfare packages, schedule and lead meetings on employee wellbeing.
  • Provide support to line managers during the recruitment process and identifying which employees would benefit from development processes.
  • Be a main point of contact for all HR enquiries and advise on company policy on a range of ER matters.

What You'll Need:

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an HR Officer or a HR generalist with a range of duties.
  • Experience of the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Strong knowledge of current UK employment law and practice.
  • Highly competent with IT systems, in particular MS.
  • A problem solver who is able to handle complex and confidential matters with a professional and tactful approach.
  • A warm and confident manner with great communication skills.

  • A salaried position with a negotiable salary based on experience (£25,000-£35,000 per annum).
  • Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
