We are currently seeking an Office and Accounts Assistant to join our team at Reed in Lancaster. In this role, you will provide administrative support, including updating recurring invoices and analyzing ad-hoc charges for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update recurring invoices and analyze ad-hoc charges for clients.
  • Deputize for the Accounts Assistant on basic tasks such as managing team expenses.
  • Use Excel to produce analysis of the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of all products and services.
  • Support the Accounts/HR Assistant with various monthly tasks as required.
  • Maintain office supplies to keep the workspace running efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
  • Experience in administrative support, particularly within accounts or HR.

Salary: £26,000 per annum. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in administration and gain experience in a busy office environment.
