Business Operations Coordinator

We are Agility Resourcing, a growing and ambitious business that offers a range of products and services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Administration Executive to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
About the Role:
- Manage the company's accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Handle the company's office administration, such as filing, ordering, and scheduling.
- Coordinate projects, events, and activities, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Assist directors and managers with various tasks and requests.
- E nsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in business administration, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in using accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
