Human Resources Coordinator

Agility Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled HR Administrative Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers the perfect opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career with first-class mentorship and a dynamic work environment.
Job Description:- The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for general HR enquiries, providing advice and support to colleagues on a wide range of employee matters.
- They will also be responsible for updating company policies and paperwork, ensuring all practices and data are managed properly.
- In addition, they will contribute to creating a positive and engaging workspace by participating in employee relations activities such as taking minutes and preparing letters for distribution.
- Monitoring and updating KPI files, including absenteeism and retention rates, will also be a key responsibility.
- General administration tasks across a range of HR matters will be required to maintain strong channels of information sharing within the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborating with the HR team to achieve departmental objectives
We are looking for someone with experience in HR or a similar environment who can commit to 20-25 hours per week. If you are motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent results, we want to hear from you.
Salary:$40,000 - $50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
