Logistics HR Professional

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resoucing in Lancaster, UK. As a key member of the HR department, you will support the HR Advisor and HR Administrator in various tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of internal HR tools and resources.
- Manage holiday entitlement and annual leave for staff, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.
- Collaborate with the HR Advisor to analyze employee behavior and patterns, providing valuable insights to improve procedures and systems.
- Support the Payroll team with processing changes in employee records and monitoring monthly activity.
- Maintain accurate records in the employee database, updating contracts as necessary.
- Work closely with the HR Advisor to create and implement welfare packages, schedule meetings on employee wellbeing, and provide support to line managers during the recruitment process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all HR enquiries, advising on company policy and procedures related to ER matters.
