Job Title: Human Resources Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Development Specialist to join our team at Agility Resourcing.

About the Role:

This is a salaried position with a negotiable salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The successful candidate will work full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:30) and enjoy benefits including a cycle to work scheme, discounted or free food, and on-site parking.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have a CIPD Level 3 qualification, at least 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or Generalist, and strong knowledge of UK employment law and practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of HR toolkits and systems.
  • Record employee data, manage annual leave, and maintain employee databases.
  • Support the HR Advisor in analyzing employee behavior and patterns, and assist in payroll changes and monitoring monthly activity.
  • Maintain employee contracts and develop welfare packages, leading employee wellbeing meetings.
  • Support line managers in recruitment and development processes, and serve as the main point of contact for HR enquiries and advising on company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience as an Officer or Generalist.
  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practice.
  • Highly competent in MS IT systems.
  • Problem solver with a professional approach, warm and confident manner, and great communication skills.
