The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales and a proven track record of success in business development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:
- Grow your desk through active business development and make phone-based sales calls to identify new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Salary and Benefits:
