About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant HR professional with a Level 5 CIPD qualification to make a real difference in the company's human resources department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping the HR strategy and developing processes that align with business goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of employment law and a passion for innovation, with experience in navigating complex challenges in a large service industry setting. They will be at the forefront of process evolution and tech-savvy solutions, driving change and improvement across the organization.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a similar position in the United Kingdom.
