About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring Pharmacist in Leadership Role to provide expert care and advice to our customers and patients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To develop and implement the pharmacy strategy through providing exceptional patient care and expert advice.
  • To maintain high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  • To build the capability of store teams through training and development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • To conduct regular reviews through audits, observations, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety.
  • To deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including health checks and medication reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in community pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Our ideal candidate will be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI), have a track record of achieving results in a similar role, and be able to demonstrate their expertise in pharmacy operations and provision of national and local services.
