About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Lancaster Medical Practice. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical review services to patients and supporting desk-based activities.

Person Specification
  • Mandatory registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
  • Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information in an understandable form to a variety of audiences (e.g. patients).
  • Able to plan, manage, monitor, advise, and review general medicine optimization issues in core areas for long-term conditions.
  • Good general computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet.
  • An excellent standard of grammar and spelling in the English language.
  • A conscientious approach and commitment to working in an adaptable and flexible manner.

Salary: £60,000-£80,000 per annum.
