Agility Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its team as a key support member for the HR Advisor and Administrator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for representing the HR department and championing company values. Your responsibilities will include developing HR toolkits, recording employee data, and maintaining employee databases.

The ideal candidate should possess a CIPD Level 3 certification, have at least three years of HR experience, and demonstrate strong knowledge of UK employment law. Additionally, they should be highly competent in MS IT systems, possess excellent communication skills, and have a warm and confident manner.

This salaried position offers full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm), a cycle-to-work scheme, discounted or free food, and on-site parking. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
